For Club Officers:

For club expenditures, the Center for Leadership & Development requires clubs to document minutes of club meetings. Minutes are a documented record of a meeting, typically describing the events of the meeting and key decisions. Clubs are welcome to format their own style of minutes, as long as the minutes contain the following details:

  • Name Of Club
  • Date
  • Location, & Time Of Meeting
  • Call To Order
  • Roll Call
  • Overview Of Meeting
  • Adjournment
  • Meeting Minutes Template
