American River College Presidential Transition
Melanie Dixon, the President of ARC, will leave the college at the end of the Fall 2022 semester, after serving in the position since January 2021. Dr. Frank Kobayashi, the college’s Vice President of Instruction, will serve as Interim President, effective January 17, 2023.
