First Year Experience at ARC Vision
To ensure that every first-time-in college student is informed of ARC’s resources and services, connects with campus staff/faculty, and finds a place on our campus that reflects their individual values, beliefs, and interests. Through proactive academic engagement and consistent communication, every first-time-in-college student will enroll in and be successful every semester while enrolled at ARC.

The First Year Experience at ARC Program empowers every first-time-in-college student to be engaged in their educational journey. The First Year Experience Success Team meets students where they are and promotes a culture of self-advocacy and academic excellence. Our mission remains to ensure that every first-time-in-college student is given access to academic support and campus engagement opportunities to create an enriched college experience.
