ARC Counselors Carmelita Palomares, Rick Ramirez, Lydia Delgado, and Mayra Mireles provide a comprehensive support service to students who are undocumented, of mixed family status, and allies. Please visit the HUB to schedule an appointment to receive assistance with creating an educational plan (iSEP).

In partnership with Opening Doors, the UndocuScholar Resource Connection is offering free immigration consultations to anyone who is undocumented, of mixed family status, or allies. The Immigration Consultations take place every first Thursday of the month at the Counseling Center from 10am - 1pm.

Wellness Time: Wellness Time is a peer support group intended to provide a space for meaningful interaction and connection amongst undocumented students, student of mixed-status families, and allies at American River College. The group meets every on every 3rd Thursday of the month in the Submarine Room in the Center for Leadership and Development. Light snacks and refreshments are provided.

Direct Support Services to UndocuScholars and the Undocumented Community
At the UndocuScholar Resource Connection, the student life supervisor, student personnel assistant, and peer mentor provide support and resources to students, staff, faculty, and community members who are undocumented, of mixed family status, or allies. We provide the following direct services:
- Moral support
- Referrals to on- and off-campus resources
- Assistance with admissions
- Assistance with financial aid applications
- Career-related services
