What is Service Central?
Service Central is the District support portal developed in collaboration between the college and District Office IT teams. Through Service Central, you can request IT services or get support for any IT issue in a common online location. This includes submitting a request for computer support, software (for example, Adobe Acrobat), hardware (for example, a computer monitor), or access to tools/systems (for example, Zoom or Canvas).
Why Service Central?
Los Rios has launched Service Central to:
- Simplify how you get support from IT
- Allow you to see what's happening with your request online
- Provide you with faster responses to issues and requests
- Provide a host of other capabilities that will improve support district-wide
Who Uses It?
All students and employees across all colleges and the District Office use Service Central for IT support.
