In-Person Unit Disclaimer:
Students must complete a majority of their units in-person during the Fall and Spring semesters. Only three units of online classes are allowed per semester. This can be a challenge for international students because American River College has a large percentage of classes offered remotely.

Maintaining International Student Status
As an F-1 student, you were admitted to the U.S for "duration of status (D/S: F-1)". This means you are permitted to stay in the U.S. as long as you maintain your status by fulfilling the requirements of being an F-1 student.
