Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA) will be hosting a Student Legal Services (SLS) Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Renewal Presentation & Clinic where Los Rios Community College students will have access to:
- Learn about Eligibility Requirements & Benefits for DACA
- Free Legal Immigration Consultation
$495 USCIS fee funding available for those who qualify after their Consultation.
Document required to bring to the event:
- Your EAD Work Permit Card
- Government Issued Driver’s License or Identification Card
- Social Security Card
- Two(2) Passport Photographs
- Prior DACA Renewal Submission Copy
- Court Dispositions if misdemeanors and/or felonies
Parking: FREE anywhere on campus.
