In this class you will learn techniques on how to communicate your feelings to your youth/teen and provide active listening skills. You will discover what your love language/attachment style is and what your youths is. You will learn how to practice and enforce boundaries utilizing this new information. You will get an understanding of what healthy relationships are and signs of a toxic relationship. You will leave feeling empowered in your own relationships and how to assist your youth in developing healthy relationships.
