More in This Series

RFA parents can be skeptical, fearful, and unwilling to work with birth parents. In this class participants will gain an understanding of the importance of working with birth parents and being a crucial member of the CFT (Child Family Team). All facets of working with birth parents from preparing to engage with birth families, supporting the child’s birth family relationships, concerns with engaging with birth families and much more will be explored. You will leave with tools for connecting families within the court orders and supporting the child/children in your care.
