Helping Dreams Take Root – Majestic Oak Legacy Society
Leave a legacy for future generations that provides opportunities for ARC students to realize their dreams. The Majestic Oak Society was created to recognize those who have made gifts to American River College through current planned gift arrangements or who have expressed the intention to make a future gift through their estate plans, often referred to as a Bequest Intention.
Such commitments may include the creation of a charitable remainder trust, participation in the ARC’s charitable gift annuity program, naming ARC as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or qualified retirement plan, or through specific inclusion in a will or living trust.
Society Membership Benefits
Your membership involves no dues or obligations, but allows us to thank and recognize you for your commitment. As an American River College Majestic Oak Legacy Society member, you will:
- Maintain control of your assets during your lifetime
- Be recognized as a member of the Majestic Oak Legacy Society
- Receive invitations to events hosted by American River College and the Office of Philanthropy
- Stay informed about the work of American River and the Los Rios colleges in the lives of students and the community
