Tami Wooden has been with ARC Football since our 07 season as one of our Strength and Conditioning Coaches. She holds a BS in Exercise Physiology, MS in Educational Counseling and an MA in Sport Science. Tami holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-1992) and USA Weight Lifting (1994) and was the CA State/Provincial Director for the NSCA in 2003-2004. She has also been teaching at ARC and previously had stints, as a full time Strength and Conditioning Coach, with New Mexico State University and University of the Pacific (when they still had football) and Allen High School north of Dallas Texas. Tami’s passions of helping others be their best in sports and life stems from her own athletic endeavors of body building/power lifting, tennis at University of Arkansas, international level softball through high school…and probably growing up in a family of athletes, coaches and teachers. Be strong, stay strong…remember to go after things that are important to you! Help others along the way. =)
