More in This Series

This class will discuss all perspectives and have an open conversation about the LGBTQ+ community. We will go over the basics of identity and how to support our youth and teens who identify as LGBTQ+. You will learn how to create and be a safe space for LGBTQ+ youth, the difference between an ally and an advocate, and engage in scenario activities. You will learn the importance of inclusivity, understand how members of the LGBTQ+ community are marginalized and how to be a Safe Zone for queer and questioning youth.
